Conversation
Our number 1 goal is to build confidence and trust in our client base. So naturally, having a phone conversation is the first step in getting to know our clients needs. Asking and answering questions will help us to understand quantity, quality and above all, simplicity.

Consultaion
We truly believe that a smile and a handshake are the building blocks of any relationship. The initial phone conversation will help us prepare for the face to face meeting and documentation that is involved in consultation. Measurements, photos and other preparations will also be involved in the process.

Design
The design process is based on needs, architectural structures, space, distances and audio room integrity - just to name a few. With many variables involved, the design process is key to a successful install. This process may take several visits to the installation site. Measure twice. Cut once.

Installation
Depending on the needs of the client, installation can accrue in one or several stages. This may depend on an upgrade, re-model or a fresh install. Steps one through three will usually dictate how long the install may take. This could consist of one or many rooms. We do our best to ensure a smooth transition.
If needed, we work with architects, contractors, electricians, interior designers and specialized service providers to ensure the best possible options. From living rooms, family rooms, dedicated rooms, home theater rooms to outdoor spaces and all spaces in-between.
